ORDERING & PAYMENT
Browse our collections, select the saree you love, and click "Add to Cart". Once you are ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and wallet payments. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at +1 9472738380 or emailing support@swayamvastram.com. Once the order is shipped, modifications are not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders through our secure online payment gateway. This helps us ensure a smooth delivery experience and protects both parties from fraudulent orders.
Absolutely. Our payment gateway is PCI-DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. Metro cities (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata) typically receive orders within 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We partner with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery and Blue Dart to ensure safe and timely delivery of your precious sarees.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is charged. Express shipping is available at an additional cost displayed at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the "My Orders" section in your account. Real-time tracking updates are available for all shipments.
We pack every saree with utmost care in premium packaging. However, if your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Customized or altered sarees and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Go to your Orders page, find the order you wish to return, and click "Get Support". Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days. You can also reach us directly at +1 9472738380.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 2 business days. The amount typically reflects in your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
Yes, exchanges are available within the 7-day return window. Contact our support team with the order details and the product you would like instead. If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Yes, every saree in our collection is sourced directly from skilled weavers across India. We work with artisan families in Kanchipuram, Banaras, Pochampally, Dharmavaram, and other renowned weaving clusters. Each saree comes with an authenticity guarantee.
Silk Mark is a certification by the Silk Mark Organisation of India (SMOI), under the Central Silk Board, Government of India. It guarantees that the product is made of pure natural silk. Our certified sarees carry the Silk Mark label for your assurance.
For silk sarees, we recommend dry cleaning for the first few washes. After that, gentle hand wash with mild detergent in cold water works well. Always dry in shade, never wring, and store in muslin cloth to maintain the fabric's luster and longevity.
Yes, most of our sarees come with an unstitched blouse piece (0.8m - 1m) in a matching or contrasting color. The product description on each saree page specifies whether a blouse piece is included and its details.
ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
Click on the user icon in the navigation bar and select "Register". Enter your name, email, and create a password. You can also sign in with Google for a quicker setup. An account lets you track orders, save wishlist items, and checkout faster.
Click on "Login" and then "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
