Our Return Policy

At Swayam Vasthram, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Window

• 7 Days from the date of delivery for returns
• 7 Days from the date of delivery for exchanges
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered sarees
• Items purchased during final sale promotions
• Gift-wrapped items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Go to your Orders page
2. Click "Get Support" on the order you wish to return
3. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For card payments, please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after the refund is initiated.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
