Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Swayam Vastram website (swayamvastram.com) and the purchase of any products from Sri Lakshmi Narayana Silks. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on Swayam Vastram. Minors may only use the site under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility for the transaction.

2. Products

Swayam Vastram sells authentic handloom sarees and related handcrafted textiles. Because every saree is handwoven, minor variations in colour, weave, and pattern are natural and are not considered defects. All sales are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline any order at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price at which they were placed.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Stripe — credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available to registered customers at select pincodes

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization (or COD acceptance). If a payment fails or is reversed, the corresponding order will be cancelled.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order only before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it can no longer be cancelled — you may, however, raise a return request under our Return & Refund Policy if eligible.

To cancel an order before dispatch, email us at support@swayamvastram.com with your order number.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to our courier partners' capabilities and applicable pincode serviceability. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed, and may vary due to weather, logistics, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on swayamvastram.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Swayam Vastram name and marks — is the property of Sri Lakshmi Narayana Silks and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sri Lakshmi Narayana Silks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Swayam Vastram shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Dispute Resolution

We would like the opportunity to resolve any issue before it becomes a dispute. Please contact us first at support@swayamvastram.com with details of your concern, and we will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution.
