These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Swayam Vasthram website and purchase of products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
Product images are representative. Due to the handcrafted nature of our sarees, minor variations in color and pattern are natural and not defects.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We accept payments through Stripe (credit/debit cards, UPI).
In case of payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If deducted, it will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on orders above ₹999 across India.
Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products only.
Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you cancel a paid order, a full refund will be initiated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Swayam Vasthram and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Swayam Vasthram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
